It's admirable that you push yourself to a quick update, but I agree with the others that your health comes first. If you try to continue bugfixing while feeling sick/having a headache, it'll only get worse. In the long run, it's better if you give your body the rest it needs. Also, you don't have to work the nights for us. Work when you have the time. =^-^=
Get better first. Even if you forced out an update, it would probably be less than your best work with a headache. And a bad update just leads to more headaches, which leads to more bad updates.
