New Bugfix Release

I've uploaded a new version of the release 6 v 0.5, which fixes some bugs and I think might have fixed the fainting crash bug.  I removed the code that sets up the hotel level and I haven't been able to replicate the crashing bug since.  Obviously I'm going to at some point have to work out why that code sometimes crashes (pretty weird since it's essentially just a copy paste of the code for the other levels) but that's a job for another day.

Bugs I think I've fixed:

• Fainting crash!
• Cum staining crotchless underwear instead of going through it
• Map incorrect behaviour on changing levels, getting dragged, maps disabled in settings
• Dolls, tentacle monster were sometimes ignoring gags
• Plug panties were wearable over female chastity belt
• Cowgirl bikini constantly breaking then respawning at high breast sizes
• Minotaur appeared locked in cage after pregnancy scene
• Latex plug panties from shopkeeper didn't add orifice openness on insertion
• Examining self in capsule before pressing button was showing side images
• "Soft ground" traps that were in the woods in previous iterations were appearing in the dungeon retaining their old trigger method
• Typos!

Bugs I've confirmed but have yet to fix:

• In some situations you can infinitely play with your breasts (when unable to otherwise masturbate)
• Cowbell seems to love causing crazy shit to happen
• Pregnancy not complete for all monsters

Bugs reported that I have yet to replicate:

• Diapers appearing when watersports is turned off
• I assume there are more that I've missed out on adding to my TODO list, please report them again!

Right I'm off to bed now, and then tomorrow I'm hoping to get through the huge backlog of emails I need to respond to and update the requests list!  And then I'm back onto coding the requests I've promised you lovely donators.
