I haven't gotten an e-mail from the $30 donation in December, but I did hear back at length for the smaller donation earlier in the year. That's okay by me, I just don't want to get skipped if version six comes out. :]
Technically the same functionality as a small ball-gag, they prevent speech and still allow liquids to be drank, but a ring-gag wouldn't prevent forced blowjobs.
Does that mean we might be getting close a new release? ;)

Have you ever considered adding a ring gag to the game? Seems like it would fit, although I'm not sure how much it would mess with game balance.
