Still seems too sudden to me, liek, "Surprise handjob! I'm so silly." feels more weird than sexy. And in that case, why not just beat them to death? I can't think of a reason how a player would justify it, considering again, they'll just trigger regardless next encounter, and it'll just be wasted effort and a massive drawback of humiliation to balance it. Actually, that makes more sense to me, that handjobs could be a humiliating act that a player could perform on an NPC, but it entirely failing to get them to cum, thus still in dick-mode. In that case, handjobs could then be used to lower fuck intensity, since it serves as foreplay. Or just a critical last-resort skill, but that just overlaps with titfuck.
