When reporting a bug which is a glitch (rather than a spelling error or something like that), the outputs of the following would be useful:

Reported Issues I haven't been able to replicate / had time to look into yet:
- Breast size can go above max limit
- Weight gain happens with fetish disabled (I've looked and looked for this and haven't found any place that this should be able to happen. I haven't properly tried to replicate yet though)
- Minor issue with description of long hair
- Witch aggros even though you gave her stuff
- Hip appears as correct size except when you look at yourself where it appears slim (this makes no sense to me anyway, it's the same text that gets used everywhere)
- Issues with using the "wipe face" verb
- Clothing remains "stuck" after fainting (looking at code no idea how this could happen)
- Carrying but not wearing a tube top stops you wearing a bra
- Pregnancy with fairy causes a bug
- Lots of birthing bugs apparently
- Slave collar can be given to witch
- Some items curse themselves when you wear them again
- Not Working As Intended but not implemented yet: squirting the squirt dildo in your ass
- Not Working As Intended but not implemented yet: wiping cum off breasts
- Not Working As Intended but not implemented yet: tincture of grace
- Not Working As Intended but too big a project for now: items of clothing that may be completely concealed by other items of clothing can still humiliate you
- The basque doesn't make you lactate on its own
- Shitty coding means that showme spits out a lot of pointless "types" info for monsters
- You can wear and remove underwear whilst wearing chastity belt (since it goes underneath)
- Milking bench doesn't milk you if your nipples are covered by any clothing
- Plugs disappear upon fainting
Confirmed Existing Issues I'll get around to:
- Tentacle monster doesn't always obey rules on what orifices are available
- Giving birth ignores underwear
- Some birth scenes not yet coded
- Aeromancer can't be fucked with the shopkeeper's skill yet
- Help pages are outdated
- Some logic / priority issues make it possible for more than one NPC to use the same hole at the same time, usually involving aeromancer's ability to ignore stuff.
I got the hair extensions from the mannequin, then later when I examined myself I got "stack overflow fatal Glulxe error" when it got to the part describing the hair extensions. It just repeated the description of the hair plugs no matter how many times I pressed enter, dozens of pages describing just the hair plugs over and over before I closed it out. I couldn't do anything else. If it helps, the timer for the game-over had already run out, I'd been a "Virgin Warrior" girl with the skirt but not the upper body part, before getting de-virginised, uncursing the hairclip and removing it, giving birth, and coming back "de-flowered" after fainting from birth, I started as a man and I had all of the fetishes checked except egg-laying, weight gain, air inflation and diapers enabled. I had pretty long hair before I got the extensions too, I don't remember how long but WITH the extensions it hung down to my knees. And I probably played through several more faints and maybe another birth before I even examined myself after getting the extensions.

This is more of a general "bug", if you want to call it that.
DeleteThe game always prints the "current" values. If your "B-cup breasts deflated", then they actually deflated from C-cup breasts and are now B-cups. It's just a less "obvious" example.
It could be "fixed" by remembering the "old" values as well, but I think it's not enough of an issue to warrant basically 2 variables for everything.

Unfortunately, on next run when you hit the dildo trap the same problem yet again causing infinite loop resulting in poor gameplay. If your PC is too heavy the dildo trap needs the option to just break from the weight just by moving, because jumping is no longer option.

1) Demoness attempts to burn off panties.
2) 1st Mannequin simultaneously attempts to rip off panties.

DeleteIf the potion of balance is used at a high breast size, and they can't shrink(either due to air being in them, or the real world size being too high), and the player's hip size is low enough that the game will try to change it, the game will enter an infinite loop of trying to shrink the player's breasts and crash. It might be relevant that my character had breast implants.

On that note, I think that inflation and lactation kind of "help" each other out. milk-filled breasts mean that they will be heavier and air-filled breasts seem to contribute to milk capacity (either that, or my A/AA-cups had/have a rather large capacity...)
Still can't craft spike bra, have tried using every bra type (cupless, maternity, metal, etc), various bra sizes with AA to JJ, with all types of stiletto heels and wedge and platform, medium AND small eggs, all types of liquid, still nothing. Release version 141117 bugs I've found:
ReplyDeleteWhen in the same room as a white garment or can, using "look at white", "examine white" and/or "drink white" seems to prompt any consumable container in the character's inventory to respond instead; the golden chalice and baby's bottle seem to be the primary offenders.
Additionally, it seems that the gladiator has no interest in fighting characters with high lactation rates; even when getting kicked in the face, she kept losing interest and starting to wander away on her turn instead of fighting back.
Also, were salves supposed to go away after fainting or strictly after washing off?
Finally, after fainting several times, I started encountering the duplicate container glitch (originally occurred in the forest) in the Guard's room in the dungeon (the one with the lever).

I don't know if this helps but i was save scumming (or whatever you call it) to try and get the schoolgirl outfit, the saves worked while i was playing/restoring but when i came to load them at a later time from the menu, they would crash the game. i also tried to start the game normally then type restore but the save still caused a crash. I don't know the problem but with my experience of coding from years ago could that be from a variable not being saved properly? sorry if this didn't help and it was worded terribly :/

In the start menu, when you're choosing your stats, it says that the increase from "less than an inch, clitoris-like pee pee" to "3 inch" minimum penis is free, but it's not. It costs points to go from "less then 1 inch" to "2 inches", but it doesn't cost anything to go from "2 inches" to "4 inches" though.
Your penis can be reduced below the "minimum" length, using white panties/briefs, black briefs, and maybe via other methods, at least down to "less then 1 inch." Maybe down to "flat", I don't know, I haven't tested it enough. I do know that once the length is below the "limit", it can't be shrunk anymore no matter what, so the shrinkage has to happen all at once and suddenly take it "below the limit."

I've finally be able to make all of the items in crafting except that one item you said is not actually in the game yet, and the spike bra (still).
Once tits reach their limit, the schoolgirl, chearleader, and cowgirl outfits can no longer spawn on your chest. Maybe others, I don't know.
140521 seemed to have very very few bugs, but with the changes to breast flesh/milk content, the new crafting system (just minor bugs and typos there), and the milking harness, that's where the worst bugs crop up. I know I'd be scared if someone told me this, but maybe you need to think about reworking the breast flesh system from scratch?

ReplyDeleteThe salve of restriction doesn't seem to be working, I can't get you a log right now but given the nature of the issue I'm not sure if it's feasible. My problem is that when I apply the salve to my ass it seems to cause my hips to grow at a consistent rate regardless of other factors over time. There is nothing saying it is cursed, not even the showme command. I can go replicate it later on if you need it. I'm using the donator version of 6.1.3

2. Fairy cannot shrink penises inside chastity cages. If you're trying to keep a large penis, that means that the chastity cage is actually a must-have for the forest area, a good thing. This is bad.
3. Living belt, if it climaxes you an infinite number of times, make the second time you "need pulled out of the game" force the game to give you the score breakdown. Actually that's fine for any sort of situation, if you get caught on a dildo trap while wearing the unholy undergarments and you need to "wait" then you can get 50 pages before the game ends too, and that can crash it as well. Some flavor text after the first "ending" is fine, but the second "ending" should just automatically stop everything, I think.
4. I'm pretty sure that even after you've given birth, you can still have lots of cum in your vagina from before, if the birth goes quickly/you were really full/bad RNG. That's why births seemed so wonky, like how the first monster that impregnated you, that's all you could give birth too. Giving birth should wash all cum out of your vagina.
5. This deal with the witch randomly becoming aggressive. I have not once seen that yet, but I guess others have so it's pretty bad? That needs fixed.
6. The deal with elixir of life making you perma-preggers if you're using it to get you preggers. 8. Cannot make spike bra. Trust me. Can you make it in the game? Is it just me and like two other people who play this game who can't do it, and everybody else can? Not that important I guess since it's just one item and an old one at that, but I only ever got it once in the older versions and it's a really handy item...
Delete9. Sometimes if you trip over/gracefully step over a wire repeatedly, the room description will get longer and longer, mentioning the wire over and over again, for each time you go over it. Sometimes it doesn't do this. I don't know why. Not a big deal though.
10. Various other bugs that I have never encountered myself, so don't really feel qualified to list here. Problems with restriction salve, etc. And also difficult-to-fix stuff I'm sure, like nipple chain wonkiness, going through clothes, permenantly trapping clothes on your person, etc.
11. Even if you have extreme proportions enabled, if you use the elixir of life to turn a boy into a girl, then her hips will still be limited to a 10, until she faints at which point they can go on up to 20. Not a big deal, but it's there.
12. If you pass out with a cursed gag in your inventory but un-equipped (vial uncursing it, removing it, then re-cursing it for later) in the statue room, where you suck statue dick to heal yourself, and drop the cursed gag there and it's still there when you come back from fainting, then on your next play through the statue can never put a gag in your mouth, it will try to but it will give you that "Cannot move no item/cannot put something that doesn't exist where something else doesn't exist" spiel. Really minor, but nobody else has mentioned it. Might happen sometimes if you drop a regular, uncursed penis gag there on purpose, and sometimes not.
13. Maybe a "clench" skill, where you can clinch down with your orifices to hold in golden dildos/milking harnesses/small plugs? Maybe the aeromancer could teach it? Because to get "fluids mixed internally" you practically NEED the harness, but if you uncurse it then it falls out ever 3 turns. "Clench" could be used to speed up sex as well, maybe causing the person less humiliation because they feel slightly more "in control", but at the cost of added soreness and addiction?
14. I think if you try again you should remove it and get the game over, maybe with some funny unique text. And I think if you have the Forgetful Airhead fetish chosen, you shouldn't even get the first warning. But that's just what I think.
18. Maybe having lots of milk in your breasts should increase bimbo? Especially if you've squirted some recently? Maybe having a large, full belly should increase bimbo? Maybe the slave collar should be impossible to remove, and have a chance to spawn a handcuff or anklecuff everytime you faint? 22. I noticed sometimes the elixir of life perma-pregger wonkiness seems to go away if I use it in the forest, as opposed to the dungeon, or if I visit the forest after using it. Maybe something to do with the fact that one of it's ingredients comes from the forest (the mushroom)? Maybe that's part of why the spike bra recipe doesn't work, because medium eggs make up the recipe sometimes, and you CAN get some from the forest? Or some leftover code from the vine boss and how you used to get it there? Maybe the spike bra requires a "stilleto shoe type" even though there's no stilleto shoe type, only other types of shoes (thigh boot, court heel) with the stilleto HEEL type? I don't know. Just throwing that stuff out there. Maybe it's impossible because of the breast wonkiness, and other craftable bras in the future would be impossible for the same reason?
One last thing. Crafting takes too long, if you're trying to win. 100 turns to find the items, 100 to find the recipes, 100 slowly carrying them all back to the Apothecary one armload full at a time, and 100 turns picking up the items you need off the floor of the Apothecary. I think crafting should be done with items on the floor of the Apothecary, not out of your inventory, and that certain things like fairy hair and demonic gems and recipes should be weightless. Like if recipe ingredients were divided into recipes, ingredients (like cans, chalices, bras, heels, etc), and reagents (like fairy hair, demonic gems, piece of pink rubber, etc). Reagents would be in your inventory, ingredients on the floor, and recipes wherever. Would really make crafting MUCH MUCH faster. Every time I pick up a can, or put down a can, it takes a turn I think. Need a new system there, and a "drop all [thing]" command. Is there a command like that yet?
Delete"drop all" is a thing. You can "drop all lube" and you can drop multiple lubricants at the same time etc.

And though you might have been able to craft with one of the "reagents" on the floor, then again maybe not, maybe you had another in your inventory? In any case, I think that if you can't use it any other way but to craft (pink hair, pink rubber, etc.) then it shouldn't take up inventory space. I mean, playing to lose is fun, but I assume that some people craft to help them win, and once the time limit is back in the game there just won't be time to craft and win at the same time. Unless you just get really lucky and find everything you need by chance.

If you learn to "fuck" from the shopkeeper as a man, but then later get TG'd into a woman, and you never bothered trying to "fuck" back when you were a guy, then you'll never be able to "fuck" as a girl. If you tried it at least once then it's fine though. And this may only apply to Elixir of Life TGs, haven't tested it enough, but I know if you use the Elixir and you never fucked as a guy, you can't as a girl, and of course you can't re-learn the fuck skill to fix that either.

ReplyDeleteEven if you use the alter to get rid of the baby, you can no longer get pregnant ever again, or get the Fertility Goddess outfit.
I think it might have something to do with being pregnant with a monster that you've completely killed off or that no longer exists. Like if you get pregnant from the vine traps in the forest, then kill the Vine Boss, or if you get pregnant with the lake monster's child, but haven't discovered it yet, or if you're pregnant from a Royal Guard then kill all of them, etc.
So, abortions via the altar should just totally set everything about you're pregnancies and how they're tracked back to a state before you ever once got pregnant, other then the count of the number of children you've had and your pregnancy rate, and all of that. And you should be able to give birth to monsters even though their adult form no longer exists in the game world.
And another bug. I made a Potion of Balance, with my intelligence at Genius (with some help from a Stethoscope), and the weight loss potion that went into it was blessed too, but the potion came out cursed anyway? That doesn't seem right. And when I use it it crashes the game, don't know if the uncursed/blessed versions do the same, haven't tested it enough. Of course, my breasts were already at max size (hips weren't though), and my heel skill was at max, and I had enough silicon in my breasts to get the "surgically altered" trait, a decent ammount of milk in them, no air though. And I was having the "the father of this child can't be determined" bug, and I had used the Elixir of Life to turn a boy into a girl, so no telling if any of that had to do with it. Do potions of balance usually work? Or does the cursed version always crash the game? I just know that with blessed ingredients and Genius intellect, you shouldn't be crafting cursed anything.

ReplyDeleteHmm, mashing may be the problem. Also clicking anywhere with the mouse or switching windows has been known to cause problems. If you really can't, you can turn on automatically pressing continue in the options.
DeleteIf you have a dildo plugging an orifice, and you use wank, it will let you jill off with it, regardless of it being used.
