Progress

So I've done the stuff on attacking that I wanted to.  Not sure it's balanced, but it's there and it certainly makes underwear more valuable.

You now choose between slap, knee and kick.  Slap does less damage and can be further hampered by wrist bondage or large breasts.  Knee does moderate damage but comes with a risk of falling over when wearing high heels: kneeing is slightly more difficult than walking.  Kick does high damage but comes with an even greater risk of falling over, and also increases fatigue, so don't use it too much if already at risk of your knees buckling.

This change should not only allow for a bit of interesting decision making when fighting, but make underwear invaluable against monsters that want to fuck you, since you will have at least one turn, and probably more, to stand back up when you fall over but haven't actually lost the fight yet.

I just want to polish up a few other things and then I'll upload something for y'all that are interested.

  2. So, theoretically, you could focus on slaps to conserve fatigue but you would do less damage. Fights would take longer, but you'd take longer to fatigue from attacking? Kicks become more like high-risk, heavy attacks (good for ending a small fight quickly) and could end fights faster but also more likely to cause you to fall over and drop from fatigue?

    I'm just curious about the underwear being more valuable part of it - I assume this is because you could fall over while not fatigued and still get back up, similar to being tripped up/pulled over by your hair?

    1. I don't think fighting increases fatigue. Unless you'll be doing kicks of course.
      This doesn't mean that continuing to stand up doesn't increase fatigue, but I think this isn't that much of a threat unless you're on the brink of collapse. In that case you're screwed anyways.
      Longer fights mostly mean increased soreness, since most monsters increase your soreness when they attack.
      Only the fairy and the vine boss use different mechanics iirc.

    3. During the fight: Body Soreness. Upon losing: Orifice Soreness.
      Each point in Body Soreness lowers your "Buckle point" by 10%.
      This means that you can stay 10% less on your feet at a time.
      This also means that there is no way to be standing up with maxed body soreness.
      As far as I know the Orifice Soreness doesn't affect the fights directly.
      Orifice Soreness increases the chances of a shameful orgasm and very sore orifices may lead to fainting.

    4. Almost completely right, Anon. But it's only kicks that increase fatigue. Kneeing doesn't increase fatigue, but is just a bit risky to do if you're not completely balanced. So really the only time you should be using slaps is when you are wearing heels you aren't used to yet.

      You're correct about why underwear is more valuable now. Say you've taken 3 points of body soreness (or damage if you will), you can probably still stand up after falling over. But if you are not wearing underwear vs the royal guard, sex doll, etc. then they have a high chance of instantly starting to screw you before you have a chance to stand. And once they've started, you can't stop them until they're finished. But with underwear they will take at least 1 turn, often more, trying to rip it off before they can start. So you have a safety net in the knowledge that falling over from a failed kick won't instantly mean that you've lost the fight.

  5. can you add the option of willingly lowering your underwear so it does not get torn by a monster you cannot yet defeat?

    1. In Release 6, there is something like pushing underwaer to the side, relieving its protective features, but preventing destruction.

    1. Sure would be a fun way to permanently decrease their aggression rates... considering some NPCs are great at being deterrents towards other enemies.

      Unless you were speaking about the fuck skill.
      But it wouldn't make much sense, since those monsters subject to your fuck skill are still hostile and become even stronger...

      Having said that you could have just read my post instead of going off like that. In the first line it says:
      "I haven't heard anything about cuddling enemies."
      Only AFTER that I'm taking the possibility of you not actually meaning "cuddle" and instead using it as an euphemism for "fuck".

      So... I'll say it once more:
      I haven't heard anything about a "cuddle mechanic" in the current game or being planned for future releases.
      The only current mechanic that lets you interact with female NPCs after defeat works in a totally different way.

  8. Is it wrong to snicker at the multiple ways you could take the term 'balance issues' when it comes to this game? I know most of my characters wind up with 'balance issues' with the high heels and the ass/hip/breast expansion...and it sure sounds like kicking and kneeing could lead to some 'balance issues'...

    Looking forward to the next update!

  9. I would like to know if the editor saves for the game. And it is interesting, but annoying to seek out a certain object through a bunch of saving \ loading.

    1. You can save with the editor and load your savefil each time the same way "undo" can be used currently.
      The reason it is being removed is that "undo" is done far too "easily" (typing 4 letters and hitting enter) which invites far too much abuse for a test command.
      Though... I'll definitely stop here... don't want to bring THAT discussion back.
