Plastic is Fantastic

There is a new fetish in town!  I was undecided on whether to call this "artificial enhancements fetish" or "plastic is fantastic"; at the moment in-game it's the former but it might change.  Walled behind this fetish will be a set of cosmetic enhancements that really should be an unmissable part of every good bimbo slut's arsenal.

Firstly, we have hair extensions.  These hair extensions are applied by the mannequin when she feels like it; the main requirement is that you are not wearing headgear.  Whilst you are wearing headgear, the mannequin will not add extra fake hair.  Fake hair counts the same as real hair for all intents and purposes other than that your hair can obviously now get really long even faster, and it doesn't affect the growth of your "real" hair in the capsule.  Extensions disappear upon fainting.

Next, we have a class outfit, the silicone queen.  The silicone queen's headgear is a tiny pink rubber top hat, and given time this will spawn a matching pink rubber minidress, which stretches over tits of any size and displays a predictable slogan on the front (the name of this blog post).  The mannequin can place the top hat on your head if your breast flesh volume is very low compared to your bimbo score.  Upon appearing thanks to the hat, the rubber dress will summon some breast implants inside of your boobs, which if you keep the class outfit, will increase in size with time.  The silicone queen outfit can also spawn some decently high pvc platform heels onto your feet, which if you're lucky may be "of speed".

The implants can end up contributing up to G cup size breasts' worth of fake bazookas.  Having implants about half this size increases your bimbo score slightly, and having the maximum amount increases the score massively.  As long as you continue to be the silicone queen, this increase is accompanied by an equal bonus for your dexterity score.  The outfit also reduces your effective breast weight, by different amounts depending on the BUC status of the dress.  Furthermore silicone implants only weigh half as much as breast flesh of the same volume.  So with the right setup, you could have massive dexterity boosting breasts with very little weight attached.  However, silicone implants cannot be removed, ever, and this includes fainting!  So once you've committed to this path, there's no going back!

But wait, there's more! If you get caught in a compromising position by a mannequin when you have a decent amount of silicone enhancing your breasts, there's a reasonable chance that she will apply some beautifully slutty long pink fake nails to you.  These cursed magic nails fill you with the (slightly irrational) fear that any of your nails breaking would literally be the worst thing in the world to happen to you, and as such whilst they are cursed you will be unable to slap, search containers, perform alchemy or resist against sex.  You will also suffer a significant penalty in all three of strength, dexterity and intelligence as your mind fights against and/or double guesses everything you want to do, and your bimbo score is massively increased.

Uncursing the nails (which should be considered a huge priority) slightly improves the situation, giving you a chance to be able to resist sex and allowing you to search containers, and reducing the penalty to your stats.  Blessing the nails makes them indestructible, allowing you to no longer worry about them breaking at all.  This negates the stat penalties and most of the bimbo score increase, and removes all action restrictions.  Furthermore your slap attack is now vicious, dealing a lot of extra damage as you scrape enemies with your new 'catfight claws'.  As with the implants, once the nails appear there's no way to get rid of them, including fainting.  That's not a curse keeping them on, it's superglue.
