Potion of Blessing

The potion of blessing is created from sapphire jewelry and a blue liquid.  If drunk outside of the dungeon, it does nothing.  If drunk from inside the dungeon, it warps you to the altar room.  This will not work if you are being penetrated by something static (e.g. dildo trap) and if you are being used by something more mobile (i.e. NPC) then it will get warped with you.  If drunk from inside the altar room, it resets the timer on the altar, allowing you to use it immediately.  If cursed, it will instead raise the timer on the altar, but give you the same message (so you think that the altar is safe to use).
